How can I order goods from the steek dot scot website?
We can accept payment by Credit or Debit Cart and Paypal Account.
We can only accept payments in British Pounds Sterling (GB £).
Currently we sell Creative Course 1, which is an entirely digital product. Our physical products are sold through our main shop website www.virtualyarns.com which you can find here.
When you are ready to make your completed order, you will have to fill in the secure order form and choose your payment method of Paypal account or Debit or Credit Card. Paypal processes both types of payment and specialises in secure global e-commerce payments.
You will be asked to enter your name, mailing address, phone number and credit card details.
Will I be charged Value Added Tax (VAT) on my order?
No. Prices on this website do not currently include VAT.
How will my order be processed?
Your payment details will be processed on a secure server operated by Paypal. An authorisation request will be passed to the appropriate bank.
If the authorisation process is successful, then Paypal will notify our website of your order. Please note that we will NOT be given your credit card number.
An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order. You should keep the order reference number that it contains.
Video Content
The online portion of our Video classes and Creative Course 1 is accessed via this website. You will need a computer and an internet connection to access the content. In the event of any or all of our Video Classes being discontinued we will continue to offer the online content for a year from date of purchase. Creative Course 1 membership is available for 1 year from date of purchase.
Video Classes and Courses are for the use of private, individual customers only, membership logins should not be shared or video content broadcast or used for any commercial purpose.
Will my personal details be disclosed?
No. We do not sell or give customer information to third parties, other than what is required for the order to be processed (Paypal).
Can I return my order?
You can return your order for a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed the online content or downloads. You can cancel your membership and request that your details be removed from our website at any time but refunds will only be given within the 14 day return period, and only if your content has not been accessed.
